In the queue of the drive thru the other day, I watched the man in front of me try to give the code for his app order. The girl kept hearing it wrong. He remained patient and polite, but she got it so wrong she had to put him on hold and go get help. I switched my engine off, thinking it might help her hear him better. She came back on and explained she'd have to redo his order manually. He still remained patient and smiling, gave her his order again and commented he'd lose his points on the app now. In all this had taken about 5 minutes. (not that long I hear you say) but bear in mind this was the drive thru and giving the code for his online order should have made it seconds not minutes. We both moved forward, my turn to give my code, his to collect his order. I heard him say, I'll just have to reorder then, and he left with receiving his food. When I pulled up to collect my food. I complained on his behalf, they said the headset the girl was using made it very difficult to hear, so it wasn't her fault. I suggested 2 options, get a better headset or send someone out in person to take orders. This was...

Probably the WORST McDonalds in the North West 🥴

The staff are ALWAYS too 'busy' to serve customers waiting at the order point / till ...... 'busy' talking to thier mates and leaving customers stood waiting 😡

Just Eat orders take a HUGE priority over customers stood in the premesis - to the point that just getting served is a mission 😡

When the food order eventually arrives the standard is WELL below acceptable ...... it's often cold and usually looks as though it's been put together with a catapult at 50 metres range 😡😡

Absolutely shocking that this place is still operating - senior management should send in 'mystery shoppers' to discover for themselves the true scale of the...

Rubbish. I ordered a veggie wrap meal with extra medium fries, they took my money and forgot the fries. So i drove 10 minutes back to the franchise to get them. Was told by the friendly member of staff at the drive thru that they were sorry and the staff member at the next window would sort it. I was handed a small brown paper bag and went about my journey only to discover some miles down the road that they had gotten my order wrong... again. Inside were 2 99p cheeseburgers... Decided not to waste anymore petrol driving back. I only didn't give the experience 1 star because the staff were friendly. Incompetent.... but friendly. Disappointed. The fries are my favourite part...

Crew members stood around for ten minutes talking to mates whilst I waited for my order with no response, so I had to leave as I have places to be hence why I chose a “fast food” place to order from. This happens on a regular basis and the younger staff especially completely ignore customers to speak to mates that stop by or are in the kitchen. The place was deserted and staff had nothing to do so it’s inexcusable. This place has really gone down hill since I first came a year ago. As for the food the burgers are not even put together with any sort of consideration for the fact someone’s paid hard earned money for it, needs improving.

Crew members stood around for ten minutes talking to mates whilst I waited for my order with no response, so I had to leave as I have places to be hence why I chose a “fast food” place to order from. This happens on a regular basis and the younger staff especially completely ignore customers to speak to mates that stop by or are in the kitchen. The place was deserted and staff had nothing to do so it’s inexcusable. This place has really gone down hill since I first came a year ago.
