Arrived at 7:25pm, were constantly told to smile and order drinks throughout the night by one guy serving us (not politely, it was very pushy) and didn't get our main meal till around 8:45pm when it was completely dead. One of us didn't get a meal at all.

At one point the guy serving us even sat down at our table? I'm all about friendly/banter with staff etc, but he wouldn't stop telling us to smile, at one point we even told him we were eating and he would not drop it.

The order was wrong, and we didnt get one meal, even when we were promised it and it got to 9:25pm. In the end we just left wihout it, because if we waited we would've been there till 10pm guaranteed. The majority of the staff were lovely aside from that guy, but this is honestly one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. The restaurant was empty, too, so I don't know why it took so long - we weren't told why either. Food was okay.

Would probably smile more if he left us alone...

Edit: Wanted to add they removed the wrong meal as an apology, so that's why I gave it two stars. The staff were nice, aside form...

on arrival altho table was booked was placed in a waiting area while table was made ready, sat 25 mins b4 even a drinks order was taken, (table next to us had been there 30mins and left due to no service) no organisation with people coming in and having orders taken before those waiting, was not a enjoyable experience, many ppl threatening to leave after being waiting 90mins for even there popperdoms and pickle, would not recommend on a busy night as they cannot cope or deal with it being busy, price of for the quality and experience ut won't be...

My own fault for giving these a second chance but this was Literally the worst Indian takeaway I have ever had. Took well over an hour to get to us, my chicken pakoras were soggy and tasteless, my girlfriends chicken chaat tasted like pancake mix. The poppadoms tasted like what I imagine licking a ten year old chip fryer clean would taste like and on top of all this the entire meal was stone cold. Absolute waste of nearly 30 quid. Will never spend my money here again ! They are only getting one star because google made it the lowest...
