HORRENDOUS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I should've known when I walked in and it was empty at 7 O'clock when the other Italian we tried was fully booked and in their words"it's always busy on a Wednesday night" and this place was empty that it's not very good and that's an understatement! I asked for garlic bread which the menu said was baked fresh in the kitchen and it came out on a frozen pizza base, covered in grease and swimming in the really watery tomato sauce they have.... Needless to say I never ate that and it went back and was removed from my bill. Then the mains came out and they were dreadful. My chicken pomodoro came out swimming in their watery tomato sauce and the chicken was flat , chewy , popping in my mouth... Definitely not fresh and the chips were basic oven chips and bland. My work mate had the wings which had little to no meat on them and his steak dinner which oddly was cheaper than my awful chicken was in his words " basic , bland and tasteless". Check my reviews and you'll see I love all foods and restaurants from around the UK and rate them according .... Sadly I can't rate this how I want which is a massive 0 so 1 star it is but that's through gritted teeth. Trust me its not good and you can safely say I will NEVER be coming here again 🙅🏻‍♂️

I have visited La Bella several times, hoping for a pleasant Italian dining experience, but I was sorely disappointed during my recent visit. The place feels more like a greasy takeaway with minimal seating rather than a proper restaurant. The atmosphere was virtually nonexistent, lacking any charm or warmth. The real issue arose when I requested the service charge to be removed from my bill. The owner responded aggressively, even making an inappropriate comment to my friend about our friendship. His behaviour was highly unprofessional and unreasonable. He even mentioned plans to significantly increase prices in response to my request, which is baffling. Additionally, I discovered that the staff do not receive any of the service charge as tips. This practice is deeply concerning and unfair to the hardworking employees. Overall, my experience at La Bella was very poor. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you are truly desperate. The combination of a lacklustre atmosphere, subpar food quality, and dreadful customer service makes it a place to steer clear of.

First time trying la Bella, was pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and the prices.asked for 12 inch cheesy garlic bread which was Not on the menu and the owner said he would do one for us specially..I opted for tagliatelle with meatballs.very tasty but not enough pasta and sauce a bit thick.calzones went down a treat very big had to take half home.l, and for £8-50 you couldn't fault them.i got carrot cake which was lovely but a little bit on the thin side compared to the chocolate fudge cake.(same price ) £4_95.for value I would recommend la bella

Ordered spicy chicken pizza platter and a chilli beef platter. First pizza was literally covered in chicken and onions with no room for cheese which, in turn lead to pizza wetter than a glass of water. Not to mention there was ground beef on my pizza with a lovely side of 3 hairs, delicious. The two pizza shared these qualities along with them not being sliced as if you would cut it in half and say that'll do, fend for yourself. The portion sizes are bizzare, receiving enough coleslaw to feed an armish settlement. The turning point which caused this to take the podium for the worst takeaway is: when asking for chip spice prior to collection there wasn't any to be seen, the staff had kindly spiced the bottom of the tray to make the box more tasteful thank you for...
