MEXICAN BURRITO — Restaurant in England

I ordered the cheesy chicken Burrito (came with tortilla crisps) and halloumi fries What I liked: presentation was nice you get good serving sizes appeared clean and inviting good enough flavour food was warm not too spicy but has a nice kick What id improve ( to push towards a 5) the tortilla crisps were a little stale the burrito overall lacked flavour. Really horrible experience, food taste was so bad, not up to any standards they had before. Food was late, there was not update on just eat for my order and at the end they have ticked it as delivered when it was not.Also they do not Pick up phone so you not able to contact them when you need. I know I may sound really funny for anyone who read it,it is really not worthy to order food from there,I have went trough other opinions and rates and I see many people think same as me so it means mexican burrito don't care about US, their customers.
