Had a great meal last night for 4 of us. We were met promptly and shown to our table by a very professional waitress. To make this a 5 star visit I would like to suggest a few things. 1) Fix the heating issue as the restaurant was cold all evening and the door kept opening by itself and we had to keep closing it. Maybe put a heater above it and fix the latch? You could also maybe fit an outer door to make it a porch which would stop the cold air coming in and the door from randomly opening. 2) have a bit of music going to improve the the ambience and make it feel more Italian? Read moreOur waitress (Edita) was lovely and she gets 5 stars! Highly recommend the spaghetti ai Gamberi, it was delicious. Unfortunately the pasta in the ragu arrived undercooked and very chewy (although the sauce was still tasty). We wondered if potentially the fettucine had been boiled for the same amount of time as the spaghetti which is why this happened? Edita was very kind and offered other options which we declined, so she ultimately removed the ragu from the bill as my partner didn't end up eating much of it. Probably just a one-off pasta fluke so we would definitely visit Mio...

One criticism, there's not enough soft furnishing to minimize noise.
