Mist Shisha Lounge/snooker/pool — Restaurant in England

Great place to sit and chill with friends, either with shishas, food or bring your own alcohol (no charge!!).. or all of the above, and that's exactly what my self and 6 other friends did to start off a great night out. I rang up to ask several questions at first because non of us had been, and the staff were super friendly and answering all my questions, basically gave me great customer service. So after we all decided we wanted to start the night there, i rang up again to book a table, and luckily got chance to speak with the manager of the place, he was really friendly and down to earth, just wanting to make sure we all have a great time. He also sent me over the menus of the food and desserts, basically going above and beyond where he could. When we got there, we were greeted by the manager and his staff, very friendly, down to earth and funny guys, and then we got the night started with a shisha and drinks, also got chance to taste the food, my self and a friend got a burger and chips.. really nice and very well priced, including the shisha was very well priced, also bought some mixers from the non alcoholic bar for our own alcohol, not bad prices at all, considering you're drinking your own alcohol from home!! Amazing place, great music, superb vibes!! Also the pool is only a £1 a game.. can't go...

I don't come here often, been in 1 or 2 times. I was sitting with my mates inside was going to pay for snooker etc the guy at the till goes we can't bring drinks in from outside I said okay sorry we will go out. Then the guy starts swearing at us and disrespecting us it was am honest mistake no need for that kind of attitude and service. First of all, when you outside you can't see anywhere where it says no drinks inside. We got from Onestop. It's next to the stairs which is stupid and not clear because when you go up your looking down at the stairs as you walk up nobody's noticed that sign not one of us. Fair enough on our end we also accept we made a mistake but there was no need for the swearing and attitude and maybe yous should put a sign somewhere else or on...

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the restaurant. I had ordered a chicken burger, specifically requesting garlic sauce, but they mistakenly gave me chili sauce instead. Furthermore, I asked for peri peri salt to accompany my meal, but there was no salt provided at all. To make matters worse, the burger bun was burnt, and as someone who can distinguish between toasted and burnt bread, this was unacceptable. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, I was met with rudeness as one of the employees blatantly refused to rectify the situation. While I appreciate receiving the burger, I cannot overlook the multiple mistakes that were made. I expected better from this...
