Worst customer service from the restaurant i ordered food before Ramadan but I was charged more than the said amount in the receipt while I was ordering I talked to one of the staff at the restaurant they said to cancel and reorder the same once I did that they charged for both the orders and the store was closed for Ramadan so was not able to talk to the staff, after Eid when I try contacting them they said they cannot process refund and the order was a month back so I have to contact Uber, I already contacted Uber and they said to sort out with the restaurant itself. The staff at the restaurant was rude pretended as if they don’t understand what I am trying to say and were clearly not interested in the issue or to sort the issue out if they don’t want to refund they can clearly say no there was no use in making excuses and acting unknown of the ordering issues which was not helping. Will never ever order again!! Worst customer service expectation!!! I was not willing to even waste a single minute of restaurant for any impractical issues, the order was around 18£ no one is fool to waste 45 minutes of precious restaurant time to argue on 18 pounds of free money!! Once this discussion was dealt with the restaurant the next morning a proper contact was made from uber and the issue was resolved that means there was surely some issues from uber or restaurant side but this business owner simply chose to call out their customers for free money instead of recognising the fact that there was seriously some issues that needed attention, though it was not in their hands to resolve at the same moment but a proper rational communication could...

Very worst place to order food.

No sence of taste in their gravy.

It smells worse that you cannot eat it. I ordered a butter chicken last night and its taste was so bad that if you put a morcel in your mouth, you will feel like spitting it out of your mouth.

Very very worst quality food they cook, no taste at all.

And when I call them in the morning to complaint about the food quality. They don't have respect for their customers, don't know how to talk to the customers.

I will never ever order anything from here, and never recommend this takeaway to anyone.

Mashal very nice food, better than most places in leicester highly recommend it. I had fish amritsar very nice not oily and well spiced and fried. Also had a keema nan which was ok better than i think all the shops it was well made and not burnt like other shops, very well done guys.
