Chaiiwala — Restaurant in England

I am very happy with Nedham Street Chaiiwala. Always a pleasure to have my breakfast over here. They are very friendly and they really do put the effort in to talk to people and make them smile, and of course making sure they’re comfortable. They really do look after us very well. Thank you for everything, I really do appreciate it. Having my breakfast at this Chaiiwala place is the perfect start to my day, and I wouldn’t have my breakfast anywhere else. Honestly, they always make my day. You WILL leave the shop with a smile on your face. The food is absolutely delicious, honestly made perfectly well. My favourites are: Tareli Roti, Keema paratha, and Omlette wrap (Add onion, tomatoes, green chilli, and cheese) with Karak Chaii. Have to agree with Rafay Ali here in the reviews , the lady serving with the scarf is a horrid grumpy and overall extremely bad customer service !!!we sat on a table that still had someone elses leftovers on it , the tables were dirty and then the food was served (by the lady with the scarf ) she threw the food at us and did not even bother to remove the leftovers already on the table !!!!what amazing customer service !!!NOT!!!!!DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR NEDHAM ST CHAIWALA GET RID OF HER !!!!!! PLENTY OF OTHERS WILLING TO TAKE HER ROLE !!!! And provide a better customer service experience !!! ALSO ....charging extra to put chillies /onions /coraiander etc in an omlette is ridiculous ! How many branches of chaiwala are there exactly ??! Chillies/onions/coriander in a masala omlette should be standard , without charging...

I cannot fault Chaiiwala, Nedham St. They always exceed my expectations. The food is great and the drinks are always pipping hot!

My review is particularly on their catering drinks for events - we ordered the Karak Chai for our pre-wedding events and I have never seen my guests drink chai so much so quickly ever! Our guests were super complimentary of the chai - my family from USA loved it - couldn't get enough of it!

Placing an order was so easy, no fuss and super trust worthy and reliable. Honestly, I have had these guys do events for us before and I will continue to go back and recommend to friends & family.
