Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in England

I visited Yate store cafe on Saturday18th November. I am a frequent visitor there as l enjoy the breakfast but on this day the service was dreadful and the food not much better. There appeared to be one female staff delivering food to tables, and one male staff who was doing very little. None of the tables had been cleared even though both staff members made numerous journeys past the tables but ignored them so it was hard to find a clean table. The food took well over 20 minutes to arrive, much slower than usual. and the food was not as good as usual. I come here most of the time with my little one and my mum. Kids eat free with a hot adult meal purchased - includes a drink and fruit (kids)! Large portions! Lasagne is lovely 100% recommend! Had the toastie or sandwich offer today £4.50 - what a absolute bargain! Any cake and drink included in the offer! Would have cost £9 otherwise! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful every time we come and visit! Special shout out to Jenny and Carmel - always friendly and helpful! Fast service, nice staff but please fix your burgers.

Just look at the picture of the burger, no burger should be that dry. I’m not expecting much but when you’re competing with Mc Donald’s for the £7+ price range, at least try. I know Morrisons has good quality meat available.

I ate some of my wife’s fish and cheap and it tasted rather tasty, albeit a tad bit greasy.
