Musa's Grill House — Restaurant in England

Placed an order on foodhub nearly 1hr goes by I rang up they apparently didn't receive my order so I told them my address, phone number and my order they said 15mins and will get it to me.

A few mins go by they ring me back saying they received my order and I was lying saying I ordered a small breakfast when in fact I ordered a standard which was £9 for this standard.

Overall I just cancelled my order and got a refund from foodhub.

Overall after all that wait got no food and terrible service and worst of all being called a liar also on there part my order was accepted from there end. But yet nearly 1hr and they didn't even start...

Honestly can’t believe this business. Just placed an order half hour before closing times and it was cancelled 15 minutes after being accepted.

The only thing I can think of is because it was closing time and they couldn’t be bothered to cook food. Tried ringing their business to question what was wrong, however “This persons phone is switched off” speaks in volume for itself.
