We’ve been ordering food from this Nando’s for a good 4 years now, but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill over the last couple of months.
I ordered a takeaway order and walked to the door at the allocated time. It took 10 minutes of waiting to be seen, even though multiple staff members saw a line of people waiting, but were chatting and laughing with random people who weren’t in uniform just walking behind the counter. Eventually I was greeted by someone after staring them down and I told them I was collecting an order I had placed online, so I was told to wait by the counter. 5 minutes later a different staff member asked what I was there for, so I repeated that I was collecting a takeaway order, so they went to the counter and asked what I’d like to order…. So I repeated myself for a 3rd time that I was COLLECTING an order, the food was handed over and I walked home.
Turns out that the chicken butterfly was undercooked anyway. But I was so frustrated I just decided to leave it.
I would have understood if it was a busy Friday night and the place was packed. But it wasn’t, it was a quiet Monday evening.

I ordered a "hot" sharer with my girlfriend and some other friends ordered I believe a "Mango & Lime" zero heat meal, one of their pieces about blew their head off and one of mine was spicy yet really over fruity, it was like the glazes had been mixed up and double used on each piece while cooking.
Also there was a young slim blonde waitress working, she had a face like a slapped arse and really looked like she didn't want to be there. Never asked if everything was ok with the meals and when the table was eventually cleared she buggered off without saying a word, so we paid and went to Joe's for dessert instead of giving you our money.
The hospitality trade is like a theatre, when you're on the floor, that's your stage and no matter how you feel, you put on this glorious act for your audience and that's how you make tips and get more orders.

This incident happen today at 16:35 where a rider claimed that he deliver my food but he didnt even enter the reception to deliver the food.
