Nando's Stockton Heath — Restaurant in England

I've eaten at Nando's plenty of times before, but my most recent time at the Stockton Heath branch was definitely a time to remember!

We ate here for a relatives birthday. We were seated within a minute of arriving, and it was the first time here since it had been refurbished. The tables are seemingly closer together now so it can seem a little less personal depending on the the type of person you are, but this didn't pose a problem for us.

Upon ordering and informing the cashier, Ian, that it was a relatives birthday, he was happy to offer his meal for free as a good will gesture!

Throughout the meal, we were asked plenty of times if everything was okay, and I couldn't fault the food in the slightest. Ian went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable as guests and was keen to offer his services where necessary.

I normally wouldn't select a specific Nando's branch to eat at, but given the level of hospitality at this one, I would highly recommend...

Always love Nando's. The food is divine and i can't complain about the service usually except this.

We went during lockdown and had to use the app. They said they would get the sauces for us. When food arrived we forgot to ask but no one came to check if we wanted any. So i stood up and there was only us in the restaurant and one other couple and staff directly looked at me and didn't come over. So for 5-10 minutes i was stood whilst my food went cold and they were having a chat to the chefs which was frustrating. I had to go over to them and ask which i shouldn't of done according to their rules but they didn't come over to our table. Then the kitchen staff started laughing and banging the pans and the staff memeber assisting me had to apologise. I understand the young work vibes it's fun! But got to remember your customers!

Regardless i love Nando's and will be back. This was the only inncodent i had to report. Usually...

Not nice at all I ordered the sunset burger and the bun was that hard i couldn't even cit through it. We got halloumi with the Chilli Jam, halloumi was nice but the chilli jam tasted nothing like chilli jam, the chicken that came for my partner was bone dry and then i took my disabled son to the mens toilets as the disabled toilet was locked and the toilet was covered in urine. No apology or anything, some bloke just unlocked the disabled toilet when he heard me telling my Mrs from across the floor. This used to be a great Nando's but not any more. We'll certainly never...
