Greggs — Restaurant in England

This is what is wrong with Greggs, you ask for a “chicken burger” you get a soggy bun with a microwaved chicken piece in between and a thin paper slice of lettuce, when you ask the lady to atleast warm the buns idk put it in the microwave behind the counter they refuse. You ask for a ice drink it tastes like water infused with pee. The only good thing is the chicken breast and that costs you a whole chicken for 4 nuggets. Everything is an imitation of original imitation. Ffs dont get me started on the hygiene protocols...

I used to occasionally pick up a Greggs sandwich before school, they were so good! They have a good range of cakes, hot food, sandwiches, etc. Unfortunately, I don't use the store much anymore because I find it just too expensive... I feel like some of the things you can buy next door at Pound bakery are just as good, if not better, for sometimes like half of the price, that's not a rule for everything, though! I went in and bought a sausage roll and a pasty, both items were very cold and tasted like they had been sat there for hours so they both went in the bin. This was at around lunch time on a Sunday afternoon. At no point was I told or warned they were cold, so I could choose to not buy them or pick something else.
