Pappas — Restaurant in England

Is there not a way of giving 0 stars! Went into Papas about 20:30 this evening, ordered basics - 2 chips 2 peas 2 gravy. Was glad to wait 5mins for chips, as then they’d be fresh & hot. Glad to see that the peas and gravy were dished up when the chips were ready rather than to be left out waiting. Got home in 2mins eager for our chippy tea. Chips & gravy were lukewarm and peas were cold… actually fridge temperature cold. All for £12. Beyond disappointing, no where near good enough. Will travel out to get to a decent chippy next time. Won’t be returning...

We have just eaten the most delicious fish and chips from this place. It's the first time we have been and we will definitely be back. Quality fish, solid and big with very tasty flavored batter chips tasty no dreg ends. Friendly staff and also a little dining room behind the shop if you want to eat inside . A very good find. They also do kebabs and Greek food we will try that next time. Thank you Pappas for making your food so...
