Parsons Bakery Ltd — Restaurant in England

Turned up 10 minutes before closing (3.20pm) hoping for a takeaway coffee for our train journey home.

The guy was counting cash so I asked if they were closed, even though the door was open. He sighed and said "yeah in about 5 minutes."

I asked if we could get a takeaway coffee and got a blunt "everything is off."

So we left.

If you're closed, why don't you just lock the door? Why be so rude when you're technically still open?

Lots of lovely independent coffee shops elsewhere, definitely...

Food is edible just way to expensive bacon but is tragic cornish pasty is disappointing it's got no flavour and hardly no meat which is to finely ground and should be chunky more like a cheaper brand minced beef pie disappointed staff are nice though but seem only have time to talk to there friends and regulars when I tried to converse with the young male I got the Kevin and Perry response...

Good customer service, and custard slices... oh but no coronation chicken baguettes, but I'm just too choosy... Note for a small shop, very well kept and keeps town fed. Good quality bread available and good cakes, sausage rolls, pasty, etc oh sorry about coronation chicken comment but large range of other baguettes available for the modern eater... ie salad and...
