Absolutely loved my visit today.. I visited Nantwich occasionally and I never knew this was here… absolutely loved our breakfast and coffee… I’m a very fussy coffee drinker and I had a caramel latte and it was better than Costa … delicious … staff are friendly and helpful and the place it’s self was beautiful.. warm and homely feeling… would highly recommend.. definitely will be returning …

Stayed here at their loft accommodation. Wow how beautiful. Little hidden gem beautifuly presented spotlessly clean comfortable and everything you need. The staff who greeted us were lovely helpful and friendly. The area has everything you need . I will definitely come here again and recommend. Can't say anything bad its all plus plus plus . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Quirky cafe come kitchen shop close to the town centre with a lovely breakfast selection & some amazing looking savory flans. The Wi-Fi is Rapid & the Coffee was really nice too. Well worth seeking out as nicer than some of the other cafes close by & you can check out the selection of home wear at the same time.

The management believe they can milk the customer base here but times are a changing , look at the town today , it's nowhere near what it was - be careful - £ 5.20 for a piece of dry coffee and walnut cake is really pushing it - as far as I can see nothing on display is priced up and they rely upon the good manners of it's Nantwich clientele not to complain - the owner is just not interested - he doesn't really deserve the trade he has , disappointing and because of his response we will not visit again - not that he will care I'm sure - He does care ! price now slashed to £ 4.90 - truth is that I have been in the business for over 40 years and £5.20 was too heavy a price , at £ 4.70 , I wouldn't have mentioned it , but there is a line and you crossed it - I by the way am not interested in doing hatchet jobs on small local businesses but looking back on your response to critique it seems that you do not take it well - good luck in all you do going forward - times will only get harder ...

Absolutely awful place. How this has 4.7 in reviews is beyond me. Staff were loud and unprofessional. No face masks worn or hair nets, hats etc.by any of them and had to listen to their gossip about a member of staff. A member of the public was clearing tables and puttng the used try’s with dishes etc on the floor of a room by the till. The table was wiped with a dirty wet dish cloth which I then had to dry with serviettes. The staff shouted down the shop several times asking for soup , orange juice and milk. There was a young man behind the counter in his quilted jacket fetching and carrying stuff for them and also taking trays on food and drink to customers. The soup was decanted from a large container into white ceramic soup bowls , these where then covered with cling film before they were put into the microwave. After seeing the soup going in and out of the microwave several times I made my partner aware of this thinking it would be served boiling hot. However when the soup was served to the table it was luke warm and served with stale bread. Certainly wouldn’t recommend a visit and won’t...

Very poor service I received today, had an issue with food, I ordered a burger chips & peas, chips were burnt and hard in the middle and peas were like stones and burger was tiny on huge bread roll . I approached female member of staff said she disagreed with me and that I was wrong! Then went over a male member of staff (owner apparently)and said do you think these are burnt??!!! He said no as he liked them like that… really bizarre response as he’s not eating the meal and found it very unprofessional also stating he only has the cafe for pleasure, again another strange comment, He then continued to asked me what was wrong & I replied the same answer 3 times. Told him we thought his attitude was terrible and needs to work on customer service & manners, his reply was I don’t care and female member of staff took my meal away! And they continued to talk about us and kept pointing over! Terrible attitude and manners from this place, however the lady that served us drinks was lovely and polite . Much better cafes in Nantwich to go to & wont be coming...
