We've waited three years to manage to get a table in here as it is quite small and only offers walk-ins and is usually full. The Steak and Ale pie did not disappoint at £14.95, a half a pie slice with real cooked chips and peas. Beer battered onion rings were also light and lovely. The staff were fantastic, two lovely friendly young girls who served us, a credit to the pub. Cask ale selection is also decent in here, the rest of the lager selection is fairly standard such as Madri and Morreti, could benefit from a craft style IPA on tap. They only serve food at lunch which is a shame as we would happily dine here in an evening. Certainly one of the more affordable pubs in town these days for food and drink.

One of the very best pubs in NANTWICH town Center. Good selection of real ales, pub food is great. Nice separate lounge and bar. Nice friendly staff. Saturday Night is karaoke night (in the bar side) and it’s one of the best in town. Great pub for a quite pint. (Which I like) They also have sky sports on for football etc No WiFi but hopefully they get soon.

Nice pub, friendly staff and well kept beers. What more do you want. Tried the food today and the Mutton Curry was immense. Massive portion and really tasty curry, great kick. Proper little boozer this place, brilliant craic with friendly locals Great community asset this place, organising trips out for its locals. The more I go the better it gets #properpub

The Wickstead Arms in Nantwich is a true gem of a pub, a place that perfectly balances a classic pub atmosphere with a warm, welcoming vibe. Tucked away just off the main street, it's a fantastic spot for a quiet drink or a lively catch-up with friends. The selection of ales and ciders is always top-notch and beautifully kept, catering to every taste. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready with a recommendation and a smile. It's the kind of place where you immediately feel at home, thanks to the friendly faces and the cozy interior. Whether you're looking to enjoy a perfectly poured pint in a traditional setting or just want to soak in the genuine local atmosphere, The Wickstead Arms delivers every time. It’s a must-visit for anyone in Nantwich, and it’s a brilliant example of a proper...

I've been in Nantwich a month and this is my favourite pub ever. The beers are always top notch and well kept. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. It seems to attract relaxed and friendly customers as a consequence. It feels as friendly as a little hidden gem of a place you stumble across on holiday.

Best of all... The staff are Fabulous. Friendly, cheerful, helpful, whilst still remaining totally professional throughout. Every single one of them. If you are ever in Nantwich, this is the place if you want a warm welcome, a genuine friendly smile a chilled out drink, and staff that go the extra mile. Oh... It's dog friendly too and has live sports without it being...
