Cavendish Cat and Gaming House — Hotel in Great Britain

This was going to be my first time staying at an Airbnb, so it was normal to feel a little bit apprehensive about not knowing what to expect!

However, seeing so many good reviews, excellent value for money, and the location being great for me, and of course, not forgetting... Cats & Gaming: This was an experience I had to try.

And I needn't have worried; I had an excellent 3-night stay. Chloe & Jordan were wonderful hosts, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

The cats are so friendly and always present to keep you entertained, especially the kittens, and I also felt comfortable sleeping with the door open during the night so that the cats could come and go freely. With cats of my own, this was a home away from home.

The house itself was to it's high standards very clean, as was the bed, which was extremely comfortable. Kudos to Chloe & Jordan; taking care of that many cats is no easy task, and one has to appreciate all the hard work they both put into the well keeping of the house.

The cinema & gaming basement layout is awesome, and sadly, my one regret is going there on the final night for a couple sessions of Pac-Man.

The Cavendish Cats & Gaming House was a wonderful experience and one I would definitely come back to stay at. Highly recommended!

I found this gem of a place on booking.com & WOW,we are so glad we did! |If you love kitties its like heaven!! (We have 5 cats of our own)||When we arrived our host Chloe met us&gave us all the information we needed about our stay.Chloe was so friendly,told us we could use the kitchen(has cooker,microwave,air fryer,fridge)|Showed us the games room&chill out room(down in the huge basement)|There is an arcade machine with tons of retro games on it(including paper boy from the nintendo!! & Teken from the ps1!)||Our bedroom was a good size,plenty of storage space,tv with netflix ect) bed was super comfy&we left our bedroom door open(apart from when we went to sleep)and when we left our door open we has visitors!!! Yup the kitties came to join us for cuddles,snuggles&chin rubs!(&the cat treats we had bought for them)||The whole house was super,clean,tidy&welcoming.|No noise from rowdy people outside...

Absolutely brilliant hosts and ten wonderfully friendly cats. Took a two day break here on my way home and it's one of the best hosted properties I've ever stayed in. My room was spotlessly clean and had a coffee maker large screen TV and a very comfortable bed. Shared facilities also very clean and I had access to everything I needed for my stay. As a cat person, I found the feline company very comforting and this added to my restful stay. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable to stay in Blackpool at a very reasonable price then this property deserves a look. If you do not like cats, don't book as you will be taking availability from genuine cat lovers who will find this place just...
