Lied about attempting a delivery to my hotel which is less than a mile down the road even had the audacity to say reception said I'm not staying there. I asked reception and they said no delivery was attempted. I placed the order before 3pm for 5pm delivery. I called at 5:30 to find out where my order was and j was told it had been returned by the driver as he couldn't find me. He then told me I had to drive to the store as there was too much traffic for his driver to redeliver. It would take another hour for my delivery. At this point the order was already 40 minutes late. My number was clearly on the order. I had no missed calls. When I asked for a cancellation the manager lied that it was not possible in store and that I have to call customer services. I called him up on his lie saying the card payment system should always have a supervisor override for refunds. I had to drive to the store to get my card payment refunded. It took me 8 minutes to get there. I attached a photo of my odometer (on the same road that it would have taken his driver an hour) THIS DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF ORDERING FOOD TO BE DELIVERED!
OH, AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A TILL RECEIPT. ALL HE GAVE ME WAS THE CARD RECEIPT!

I ordered online and visited the branch at the time designated online, I waited 15 mins and recieved no acknowledgement or service from the staff (one of the staff member was busy chatting on his personal phone instead of serving or dealing with the customers who was waiting). I had to call the staff twice to ask where my pizza was, at which point the women took my phone because she couldn’t remember my name or order number. During this period, the pizzas were piling up with no organisation and there were a number of customers like me waiting for ages. After 30mins of waiting, the women handed me a pizza box and it was the wrong order, at which point, she took it back and then after few minutes gave me another pizza. At this point I was fed up and left with the pizza, when I got home the pizza was a medium pizza with 8 slices - not the large pizza I ordered. The service from start to finish was absolutely dreadful and ruined what was suppose to be a nice evening pizza. clearly the staff are incapable and do not have a clue. Read moreMy recent order from Pizza Hut left me with mixed feelings. While the pizza itself tasted good, a significant issue was the crust being abnormally large, leaving very little of the actual toppings and cheese to eat. It felt like we were paying for mostly dough, which was quite disappointing. Please see the attached pictures for visual evidence of this disproportionate crust.
The delivery experience also had a snag. I received a text notification that my order was on its way via Uber, complete with a tracking link. However, upon clicking the link, it immediately stated the order was cancelled. Naturally, I called the store to inquire. They informed me that they had actually sent it out with their own staff because Uber often cancels orders. While I appreciate them taking the initiative to ensure delivery, the misleading text and cancelled Uber notification caused unnecessary confusion and concern.
