Pizza Hut — Restaurant in England

I would like to emphasize my disappointment regarding my recent order at Pizza Hut. I placed an order and paid for delivery, only to find out that the refund will take several days. This made the delivery service experience uncomfortable and fell short of my expectations.

Furthermore, the conversation with the shift manager was very unpleasant. The manager not only refused delivery to my address but also spoke to me rudely, not allowing me to express my concerns. He repeated the same information without understanding my situation.

Additionally, the delivery person refused to bring the pizza to the door of my building, which was confusing, especially considering that I pay for the delivery out of my own pocket. The lack of this information on the website and the requirement for me to go to the delivery person was unacceptable, and unfortunately, it made my experience with Pizza Hut negative. I hope such situations will not occur...

I found two hairs in the Chicken pizza and 8 hairs in the The Meaty one! None of the pizzas were sealed as usual. I put them in the bin straight away as seeing them made us gag and called The Hut. Spoke to the manager that very adamantly told me that he needs to see the hairs himself. I said that's ok, you can have the bag and look in it. I would not touch that again for nothing in the world. I thought it was a mistake at the 1st one but seeing the 2nd one almost full of hair was smth else. I cannot believe this is the standard you have in that Hut. Horrifying. As the manager was treating this whole thing like it was somehow my fault i thrrw away the pizza, i told him i just wanted him to know not to make other people gag like me. Shameful really Been a customer for 6 years....

Spoke to a very rude person - after waiting 1 hour for delivery (even though estimate time was 30-45 minutes). Wasn't apologetic and informed me it would be at least an hour and a half. The excuse was a lack of drivers and that at this point the pizza hadn't even been made. I informed Domino's can deliver within 1 hour - the staff member told me to order from Domino's instead - and further stated that I ordered from Pizza Hut because I prefer their pizza - which is not true. Clearly a very rude, arrogant person. Will not order from...
