Terrible service and rude staff with no customer service training went there for food today and she was ok the phone at the back chatting away to someone I shouted hello after 4 minutes she comes out with phone in hand and looks at me from a far can I help and I just thought you are not in front of your counter you are miles away at the back saying can I help with phone in hand and I was just stood there like obviously I wana order food. She didn’t bother much wanted to finish her conversation quickly first so I just went paid for my disel and complained to the cashier and the gentle man behind literally said this subway is the worse place to get food for the staffs are untrained and...

This is easily my favourite subway and it's all because of the dude that works on a Thursday afternoon, he's such a nice guy, always happy to help and go the extra mile to make sure youve got what you need, I feel like he's such an asset to the company, you need to make sure you're looking after him he's wicked! Makes me want to eat subway more! Food always...

They dont want you to buy the food so they dont have to make it, its that simple, every order instruction sounds like a problem, and they never have the stuff i want to buy.
