Pizza Pronto — Restaurant in England

Tonight, (after looking at the reviews) I rang to order a pizza, a young girl answered and told me that my post code wasn't valid, I tried to explain that this was absolutely correct, and...she hung up on me, I rang back, had the same conversation, and she hung up again,after a third time, I rang back and a male answered, he immediately accepted my postcode and recognised my address. Pizza arrived within the time limit, but it was only just acceptable. I definitely WOULD...

Ordered 1 parmo, and 1 hotshot parmo. (Comes with chips salad etc.) Prepared, cooked and delivered in 13 minutes!!! Don't Think So.. It was disgusting, re cooked, it was not even hot, chips were dark brown, greasy and hard, it went in bin, and when I complained to food hub, they said owner stated it was fresh, and refused refund! Avoid.. 0 stars Edited... I'm now getting stomach cramps. Hope I don't get worse. Only ate a quarter of the chicken...

Been going to pronto for years but the last change of owners has changed my mind. Food has rapidly gone down hill. Ordered a pizza online went to collect they had a problem with the oven could blatantly see it was working so I said I'll leave it thanks as I couldn't wait. Then I was told they are doing it out the back and it'll be 5 mins... walked out the front and saw the guy from pronto going into roccos so obviously was going to get one...
