Pizza Time Kettering — Restaurant in England

The company I work for had a celebration this week and decided to buy the workers a pizza lunch. I contacted Pizza time in Kettering and after talking to Mishel, who was very helpful, I ordered a total of 44 Pizzas to be delivered to my work. I needed the deliveries to arrive at 2 separate times (mid day and 5pm) to cover workers on different shifts. Both deliveries arrived on time, with the food piping hot. Despite the size of the order (10 different varieties across 44 pizzas) there were no mistakes. Just ordered for delivery and waited 45 minutes longer than I was told. Worst, cold pizza ive ever seen from pizza time and ive ordered a lot from there over the years. Arrived slanted,shoved in a box on the back of a moped not even in a heat bag. Paid for extra cheese and I wouldn't even say it was normal cheese. I drove it straight back to the shop and got a refund for the guy at the counter to try and give me £3.50 less than what I even paid until I made him get the order on his screen. Ordered a large Chicken supreme pizza late last night couldn't have been more disappointed and nothing like pics on website, very little chicken and topping. Went into complain taking the uneaten pizza with me. They wasn't willing to exchange and would only throw in a garlic bread if I re-ordered with them. Bad customer service!!. Even came out to our car to see if they recognised my partner as the person that bought it. It was in one of there logo boxes for goodness sake. I would say only a matter of time before pizza time goes bust. It's the first and last time I will ever go back there....
