Good food, but a little expensive - especially when you are charged for delivery and have to wait nearly two and half hours for your food! We have used the Raduni several times since moving here in February and delivery has always been slow, but it's getting worse - and two and half hours is beyond a joke! It was 10.20 p.m. when our delivery arrived - barely warm! Really couldn't enjoy it as we were too tired and past being hungry. I phoned the restaurant to let them know when the food finally arrived and, whilst I got an apology, and although I didn't ask for any refund, I really think that a discount of some sort should have been offered. Oh well, they will be the losers in the long run as we shall not be using...
Read moreGreat food, and always a lovely taste but unfortunately the delivery option is not accurate to time, and putting me off ordering in future. For the last few occasions I’ve ordered delivery to a nearby village (15 mins away), it’s taken well over the recommended delivery time - over 2 hours this time, despite a recommendation of 70 mins & ordering early on a weekday night. The delivery fee is quite high, which is fine for the rural location, but the timing taken to send out the food is just not worth it. Such a shame, as unlikely to order again...

However, over the last couple of years we've had a few issues with them overstretching themselves ending up with having to wait nearly 3 hours for our food (eat in!). Unfortunately circumstances were such that we didn't really have much choice but to wait (large party, small town, already had a couple of drinks). On another occasion, delivery was forgotten.
