Been today very relaxed atmosphere and lovely ambience.staff very cheerful and chatty.we had the spicey beef pizza.truely tasty with side of fries.very impressed with attitude of chef.they are very relaxed with us taking our dog in to.loved the pizza oven in the pub as we watched our pizza cook!!!. I think people with severe disabilities (wheelchairs)will struggle here as front door is reached by 4 or 5 steep steps and this could pose a problem with buggies.due to the very old age of the pub I think this would be difficult to over come regarding modern access. This is still a great place to eat. Without doubt, this is the best pub in Ledbury. Family friendly, good food, great prices and wood-fired pizzas! On a nice day, make sure to take advantage of their garden. While not huge, it's well contained so you needn't worry about the kiddos escaping to the High Street.

The family that runs this fine establishment is wonderful and, if you ask George, he'll gladly pour you a perfect a Black and Tan.

Very disappointed that my partner was going to be charged £13 instead of £9 advertised on the board for a Vegatarian pizza because she requested a Gluten free base. The pizza is a lot smaller in size so not so much topping was needed, it consisted of a few veggies. We spoke to staff and stated that this extra cost for Gluten Free bases should be written in the small print in the menu, or written on the board where the pizzas are advertised.
