Roma Kebab — Restaurant in England

Ordered from here a couple of years ago when it was Ozzys. Food was never delivered and they blamed us for giving wrong address. Saw it was under new management and gave a second chance by ordering online. This time food was not delivered as online website had giving them my incorrect telephone number. They said they had phoned me but couldn't get through on the number provided by the online service. I have no reason to doubt this and I'm sure they attempted to contact me. When I phoned to chase I gave them correct number but they refused to deliver food and said I had to collect. I said I couldn't collect and person on the phone immediately started shouting down the phone at me. I have never experienced such rude customer service. Had the contact at Roma been amicable we could have compromised: Rona could have offered to drop off with another delivery as a compromise or I would have paid a delivery fee. My review is based upon their rude customer service - had Roma said the error was not their fault but help with a fair solution then this review would have been different, but in my opinion they had my money and couldn't give a stuff about customer relations. There were children's meals on the order and this meant my children, after already waiting an 90 minutes to eat had to wait another 40 minutes whilst I cooked something. What ever happened to polite businesses and customer service, especially the current climate. Second attempt at ordering a takeaway at Flamborough and still not even received the food. There...

I ordered 2 donner meat and pepperoni pizzas with bbq base🍕 they arrived very quick and was cooked to perfection, exactly what i asked for with the bbq base. The only reason for 4 stars 🌟 is when it arrived one of the pizzas was folded over on itself, it was like it had fallen off the seat 💺 on its way here in the delivery drivers car, I would of taken photos 📸 to show but ate one of the slices that hadn't folded over and it was that delicious that i started eating it so fast that it had all gone before i thought to take pictures for my review. 10 out of 10 for quality of food this time, it was just how it arrived it looked like the box had been thrown about with the pizza 🍕 inside the other was perfect though 👌 when in the area again will deffo order again and I'm sure the family will too when...

We've been using roma for years but it was ozzys then and it was insane. Iv no idea what's happened to it but it's shocking. We used to drive from barnsley to get one of the kebabs!

Menu says free garlic bread with riders £20 but only if you don't buy a meal deal! Rubbish! And false advertising.

Also. Chocolate fudge cake... £2 get in! Or so I thought. Added a photo. It's a frozen Iceland gateaux that's been sliced in half so its ridiculously thin. Iv added a photo. A spoon full.

Whoever has it now need to sort themselves out a tad. Unfortunately we won't return again. They don't do the large kebabs and that cake is a actual joke. My 2 year old would need 3 of them, once we left them on the side to defrost that is.
