Romeo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in England

Rang up and complained about the temperature. I sent my food back. They sent out fresh, piping hot, delicious food. I don't tend to complain, but hopefully me doing so means this Romeo's will improve, and have food hot and done right the first time in future.

Thanks Romeo's Pizzeria. Disappointing. Tried out a few places in the area, and so far so good, but Romeo's Pizzeria has let us down drastically. We live about a 5 minute drive from the place.

Food took 30 minutes to arrive, not bad.

Pizza had mushrooms on it, didn't think it would, I can't eat them so that's disappointing.

One large and one small garlic did not arrive, rang the Pizzeria and am now sat waiting for it to be delivered, can't imagine there'll be any hurry to it.

Not happy giving this place a bad review as I’ve used them for years and Romeo and other guys that work inside the shop are really friendly, Great food. However after just ordering from here I’ve had the delivery driver braying on my door of which woke my 1yr old twins up who of which had there last 4 immunisations today (injections). Brayed on my door shot me my food because he had parked in the middle of the road blocking traffic as they’re honking at him for blocking the road. After throwing me my food as he walked back to his car said “You should of answered the door quicker” Then something along the lines of “You stupid twat” or at least something like that. Old black guy that works there on deliveries wants firing he’s always been a right...

The food from Romeos has always been lovely, but they are very sly when it comes to ordering for delivery late at night.

You are asked for your address, and then given a list of items (they are usually out of pizzas by 00:00) that they can't provide. When you state that you would like a parmesan and a burger you are then told thay they have no donner meat. You then remind the person on the end of the phone that you don't require donner meat... at which point the voice will find something else to get in the way.

They are open until 01:00, and the menu states that they will take orders for delivery until 00:30, but they simply can't be bothered.
