Royal Balti — Restaurant in England

Been visiting this establishment for +20 years for Indian Cuisine, and compared with the other options within Telford Wellington area, I can't find anywhere better than this, hence the revisits!

Cuisine is actually heavily based on Bangladeshi Origins.

Takeaway Review: There are 2 basic options for this:

1. Place an order by Phone and Collect
2. Place an order for Free Home Delivery within 4 Miles

Discounts: 10% on all orders over £18.95 with Collection Free Naan on Delivery with orders over £20.50 All takeaways come with Raw Onion Salad

On collection of food you will be offer a alcoholic or non-alcholic beverage if you have to wait.

Restaurant Review: Restaurant has only been established for +8 years, but is well decorated with typical Indian decoration. Food is of the quality of the takeaway with a slight markup in prices for the service. Staff are really pleasant and will deal with any questions about the food or particular dietary requirements. We've actually had a friend have her fat dietary requirements met by this restaurant!

Dissapointed in the service, we got there in a taxi at 7:20 as I wanted a few drinks, we sat down and ordered a drink and poppadoms and he also asked to take our food order, we said can we wait for 5 minutes while we decide, 1 minute later he asked us again so we just ordered a starter, mains, chips rice and naan which we’re very nice but they sent it all out together? We took a bite of the starter and went on to mains so it didn’t go cold, after finishing the food was taken away 2 minutes later we were given the hand and face wipes not even heated and a slice of orange, weren’t asked if we wanted desserts 8:20 and we were in the taxi home I may aswell of had a take away or driven there as I only managed to get 2 beers in, We were looking forward to sitting in there for a good few hours and drinking/ having a dessert Wish I never bothered if I’m honest all in £75 food and drink bill and £20 taxi bill to sit there for an hour because we were rushed out, the only person who asked about our meal was the young guy at the end taking payment, I’m sure your a very good take away as your so fast but, if you have a restaurant, just think.. I’ve come there for a reason and it’s not to get out as fast as I can or I’d have it at...

I'm only giving this place 2 stars because it took 1 hour & 45 mins for our take away to be delivered (even then it didn't even make it to our door!) We rang up at 1 hour & the man informed us it had been sent out. The chips & naans were soggy & cold having been sat in steamy bags for so long. The deliver driver didn't even attempt to find our address in Lawley? He drove to Morrisons then rang & said I am at Morrisons. My partner then gave out deliver address again but his English was very poor. In the end after god knows how long waiting for him my partner got in the car & drove out to find him. He wasn't even using a sat nav. What delivery service doesn't use a sat nav? It's 2018 for crying out loud! The curry was nice, nothing special for a wait of nearly 2 hours though & as I said the rest was cold which was just a real shame because if it was hot & fresh im sure it would have been lovely! The delivery driver wouldn't even knock a fiver off considering it was cold, he made us wait that long & didn't even get it to our door I think it's appalling & I wouldn't recommend the place for these reasons. £20 for a cold take away that we had to go out & find.
