Where to start 🤣 I wanted to come here for a while but was put off by it's lack of customers. Today as a last minute big family booking decided to try. While the food was surprisingly nice, the rest wasn't and was laughable. The place was dirty! The tablecloths were filthy, one of ours even had double cloth which covered previous customers dirty stains. Waiter scraped food off my plate with his finger before handed it to me. We we're giving a bowl of ice 🤷 which my son played with...only for the waiter to remove from our table to give to another customer at different table! Waiter spilt drink all over my dil shoes. Toilets we're minging... definitely not cleaned like ever! We sat opposite a damp wall with paint peeling everywhere and mould! Light fittings were rusty, no bulbs in most with wires visible. Got charged for dips we didn't order and had to question the bill. If it wasn't for the fact that we all couldn't stop laughing at the disbelief of the place we would of left plus there was two tables of us and everywhere else was full. But we had a laugh 😂 even laughing at our shoes sticking to the greasy carpet on the way...

8 person last minute booking. Decor was terrible and in drastic need for renovation. Blown paint on the walls with flaking paint hanging off, damp walls, old rusty lights missing bulbs, old food dirtied table cloths underneath the top ones which were dirty anyway. Our server got lots of things wrong, forgot items and dropped a full glass of coke on the floor narrowly missing us. Toilets were dirty, cold and hand drier didn't work. Tried to charge us almost double for ordering 4 popadoms but neglected to tell us they charged for the 2 lots of sauces they brought us without asking so got them to remove that, also charged a little extra for one of the meals so reversed that also, a couple of plates were laid out with little bits on them which the server picked off. The state of the kitchen didn't look good either from what we saw but didn't have a detailed look The actual food was pretty good to be fair though, tasted very nice but couldn't wait to get out and would certainly NOT go back again. The food was really lovely but sadly the overall dining and service experience was a complete shambles. We was a party of 12 and apart from one other couple we was the only customers in the restaurant. There was a really long wait before our order was taken and when it arrived the waiter had difficulty identifying the different dishes and got several mixed up within the group. We was not told that there was no dessert menu and would have had starters had we have known. The bill arrived prior to even asking if tea/ coffee was required. Overall it looks a very nice restaurant from the outside but fails or failed badly on the night.
