Best Customer service I have had in my life time!
I want to start by saying a massive thank you to the team at Rudy's for being so kind and thoughtful about my son who had an accident earlier that day, and had to go to A&E and miss his sitting for dinner.
My sister Managed to make the sitting with my other son, and explained what had happened. The member of staff that she spoke to was apparently very concerned and asked on a couple of occasions how he was getting on. He even offered my son and I a take away pizza on the house!
I was taken back when my sister said this. My son was in pain, missed half of his day at Gulliver's World, and now was missing out on a lovely meal of his favourite food with his family. The team at Rudy's took the edge of a really rough day. Unbelievably we were though A&E very quickly (another grateful review coming for Warrington Hospital) and we managed to limp into Rudy's restaurant, albeit very very late. There were two takeaway pizzas waiting for us and we had just enough time to have a quick bite to eat in the restaurant. Because we managed to get to the restaurant I didn't think the pizza would still be free, but they wouldn't charge us! It cheered my son up, it cheered me, my sister and other son up too, and it made a lovely end to a bit of a rubbish day.
In addition to the best customer care, Rudy's have the best pizza too! It was absolutely delicious! We had a little bit left over which the boys have just had for their lunch. My husband tried a piece and said it's the best pizza he's ever had!! My son is feeling a bit better today. He's still sore and limping but is definitely much better. I think the pizza must have had healing properties!
Thank you so much for being so kind and thoughtful, and for the...
Read morewe came as a family to have a good time. Our order was taken quickly. but the waiter decided that a starter in the form of olives and a plate of sausage and bread for three adults and one child is normal and did not ask us to serve pizza. in the end, we waited for our order for 30 minutes, because after us people went and they had already made an order. it was terrible as the child was hungry and kept asking for pizza. we tried to find out from the blonde girl when our pizza would be ready. she began to speak too loudly, directly shouting at us that they would already give us a discount, that since we ordered a starter, then pizza later. it was not polite of her and our evening was ruined. They carried the check for so long and we could just leave and not pay for our order with such an attitude of the staff. Everyone makes mistakes and we understand this, but is it possible to treat clients well and not yell at them all over the room? the...
Read moreCame for tea here on Saturday night. It is a âdog friendlyâ place for those who didnât know. My 2 year old son jumped off his chair and there was a dog on the next table who went for my son and nearly bit him, had I not pulled him back. Informed management to which we were told âitâs a dog friendly placeâ. Appreciate this isnât their fault but if the dog itself isnât friendly then it should be asked to be removed. Despite this, it yapped the whole way through the meal and it stunk. The place just wasnât a vibe. The garlic bread was really good but as my son nearly got bit and nobody shown any remorse or condolence I didnât enjoy my pizza. The manager on shift wasnât supportive, didnât even ask if my son was okay. Had my son been bitter by the dog, this would 100% be spread across the local newspapers. Wouldnât come again as smelly dogs in restaurants is just scruffy vibes. Itâs...
