Absolutely ridiculous place. Tube patiently waited to leave this specific review be yea I wanted to tell myself it was just an oversight but I can confirm that they purposely accept your order and do not deliver it. They will update Deliveroo (other online ordering apps also) that they have ACCEPTED your order, then allegedly making your order BUT when if nears the time to deliver they are unable to find drivers??????? They take over 45 minutes to confirm that they have no drivers and they don’t ever update the your delivery they leave you in the dark with no message or anything. It’s actually disgusting. Won’t ever order from them day or night. Rather starve as that’s the same consequence as ordering from such a place anyway. Save your money. I avoid their shops even in person because it’s the principle more than anything, why accept this order and make me wait over an hour to tell me you won’t deliver it to me? This is the third time this has happened to me, don’t let it be you! Will never order again Thankyou.. you also be yo your money back 1-3 working...

I ordered 6 chicken strip burgers, but unfortunately, all of them were raw and uncooked. I went back to the shop to inform them, and they explained that this is how their chicken is prepared. They claimed that the chicken is naturally brown and dry inside, but I found that explanation unconvincing. On top of that, the delivery was late, and the burgers were cold when they arrived.

Instead of addressing my concern properly, the staff escalated the situation by asking other customers to smell the burgers to see if they were okay, which felt unprofessional.
