Sam's Chicken — Restaurant in England

Worst place to eat at. Phoned them to confirm If they have grilled chicken. Upon being told that they do have, we drove down to them. Ordered 2 meals having 1/4 chicken, 3 wings, fries and drinks. Was told that will be ready in 3-5 mins. We sat there. After 5 mins the guy came and said sorry we don't have grilled chicken would you like something else. We got really annoyed that they wasted time and made us drive. We insisted for grilled, then he said will take 20mins for fresh grill. We agreed to it and sat there waiting for food. Then food came after 50mins instead of 20. Chips were cold, chicken wings are also cold as ice and rock hard. Pathetic food. Only the chicken piece seemed to have been made fresh. We complained that wings are cold, then he gave fake smile and told that sir it was made 1hour ago. We were shocked to hear that. The manager apologised and gave us a box of fried wings, which were also drenched in oil. We just had drink and that piece of chicken and couldn’t eat wings or fries . Worst food and experience. Then while we were in middle of eating, the manager who took order came to us and said please hurry up, we need to close. No manners at all. Stupid management and...

Good overall place for fast food not too expensive and far more filling when compared to other fast food chains. Always like to try something new and different when they have to offer from wraps, burgers, fried and grilled chicken. Only downside is consistency, as 1 day you may get someone who who's how to use the fryer things are cooked right then next day you get undercooked food or even overcooked food. Best thing I have had to recently is the devil box with had a large chicken burger 3 fried wings and fries. Also recommended the wraps here grill one is better than others even the veg wrap is decent. Fried one is tasty but ask then to add less mayo as its very salty. Fries are often a downside here so best bet to sick with the mains and...

I placed an order on Deliveroo and received the order quite quickly. I took a bite out of the burger and almost puked. Without even looking at the burger I instantly knew it was raw. I further inspected the burger and to no surprise the burger was pink (practically still alive tbh) and unfortunately this wasn’t the first time, when this place opened a few years back a placed an order and had the same experience. I don’t know what possessed me to order from them again. They should be closed down. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!! please don’t waste...
