Savas Kiemas — Restaurant in England

As soon as I went in I saw what a beatiful place this was, (although it was a liitle weird that the was a little kid running about).

The food was amazing, sure you had to wait a bit but it wasn't more than atleast 15-20 minutes but that is usual as they have to prepare the food. The option I went for was wonderful and the dessert was magnificent as if it was made from heaven.The big Portions of the food made sure you would be full and the presentation and flavour of the fod made it upsetting to not finish it.

The toilets were a bit weird the hand-dryer didn't work and it was a bit windy but you cant drop rating because of the toilet can you.

The price was reasonable for the majestic foodthat was given to me and my family.

The way the restaurant looked made me really feel like I was at home in lithuania. The seats were comfy, the tables were at a good size and theoutside was wonderful and it was upsetting to not be able to eat out there due to the horible weather here in England.

I will say that if you are going to visit here and eat make sure you bring cash with you as the food is cash only so that is one downside of the restaurant.

Anyway 5/5 stars...

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Restaurant very busy and short staffed. Waiting staff quite rude and rolling their eyes every time you ask for something. Waited for food for 2 hours and were told that it would be another 30 minutes. What a waste of time considering that people around us who came after us had already eaten. Quite frustrating as it cause a lot of inconvenience for us considering we had a small child and a very pregnant lady.

Staff not taking any accountability for failing to deliver it's basic function - feed people. Forced to pay for drinks which we wouldn't have had unless we were expecting to eat there and were waiting for the food, as if we chose to go out starve ourselves and waste our time.

While there are many words I could use to describe Savas Kiemas, I’m going to say only this: Savas Kiemas is a bad restaurant. Maybe i would have had a better luck had I ordered...

Ok so on the positive side I've been to this restaurant on 6 differ occasions and the service and food has been outstanding.

But to my horror I've been back tonight for what I thought would be a pleasant to be confronted with a 10 year old boy of one of the staff dancing around the restaurant floor while people are trying to enjoy there meals. The music loud and looped over and over again. There's only so much James blunt y" your beautiful"can hear in 2 hours. Steak more fat than meat very very very poor. Service most of all shocking I really can't think of another word to describe it. Then to top my evening I strut up the the bar to pay and they inform me it's cash only. Cash in 2019 really. ?

To sum it up has this place changed hands and the new owners have absolutely no idea of how to run a restaurant or have they let there standards drop. Either way I will never be returning to this...
