Super Kebab — Restaurant in England

So 5 days ago we ordered from this place and our delivery was 1hr and 25 mins over the delivery time we rang a couple of time they said driver on the way they then rang and apologised saying there driver had a car accident so they re done the food to be sent turned up stone cold so was all a lie then told us how sorry they were and if we order again they will add extra for inconvenience. Ordered from then tonight they forgot half our order we rang and he blamed the driver and said he picked it all up he must have it in the car asked if he could call me back after he rings the driver I said sure that’s fine an hour later and 25+ phone calls they are not answering the phone anymore this place should end service as they are a joke of a company and care not for...

Placed a late order on Uber Eats. Food took over an hour to arrive, at least 40 minutes after saying it was on it’s way when it was meant to be a 12 minute drive away with minimal traffic. The food itself was extremely disappointing. Probably the worst “chips” I’ve ever had. Thin fries that were soggy; the texture and taste were that of microwaved leftovers. The burger was extremely dry and not very fresh or flavorful. The kebab meat was alright, but the bread was hard and dry like cardboard, and the rice also seemed like it was microwaved. Outstanding food & quick delivery time. The delivery man was very polite & pleasant. The doner kebab was great quality, rice was spot on, chips were class & crispy, salad was fresh. I also ordered garlic bread slices and he made a pizza garlic bread which was class!! The base was lovely and fresh, looking forward to trying the pizzas now.
