Scottys Kitchen — Restaurant in England

Myself and my granddaughter came in yesterday afternoon and had lunch and a drink there . The food was delicious and set out well. The drinks were really nice and all the staff thanked us. The chef came out to see if we had enjoyed our meals, which we did . I do intend to visit here again . The only problem I had was not with the restaurant or the staff . We did originally sit by the window . Where i was sat there was a table of people. The man took all the seating room he took up so much room and knew that I was trying to sit down and just wouldn't move . So rather than speaking my mind I moved tables . This is really not the staffs fault . It's just one of those things . When I looked at the messy table they had left I was horrified. I just couldn't believe that people could be that disgustingly untidy . I felt so sorry for the waitress. Other than that with that family table I give them 100per cent...

Small, cramped, but never overcrowded, and although very understaffed, last time i went there was on a wednesday mid-day and they had 3 staff member in the entire building, 2 of them in the kitchen, there was a "help wanted" sign on the window, ive always loved this place though, food is excellent, not too expensive, better food than some pubs and cheaper, so although its dangerously understaffed, the staff they have work really hard on the food, one of the only places i know still doing cans of cherry cola too, and despite small, its a very lovely ornate looking place and feels very nice, the staff are super friendly and very accomadating, however this place is quite cramped and there is a small step to get inside, so wheelchair users might have an issue getting in, honeslty though, i would reccomend any visitor or resident of weston pay scotty's a visit at least once,...

Visited a couple of weeks ago for take away bacon and sausage sandwiches. Sunday morning and they were quite busy. Waitresses were very young and very sweet and polite. Problem was I waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and I could have gone to Tesco express bought the ingredients gone home and cooked them myself quicker than that.
