Sergio's Italian restaurant-café — Restaurant in England

we arrived to a dark hectic wet windowed place where staff were running around looking stressed we were great by i woman called Sandra with "have you booked" not a hello or good evening ! when we said yes she pointed to a table that was right under the bar where staff were constantly passing with hot food and noisy staff at the bar. my partner enjoyed his dish but mine was nothing to write home about, tasteless and hardly any meat in the dish in fact my partner had to put his vegetable into my dish to make it interesting and something to taste A few days later when checking my facebook i had numerous messages on messenger from a women called Sandra Alderson Koopmann - who i came to realise worked here saying the card machine didnt work and payment wasnt taken that night and threatening us with CCTV ! my goodness me not a sorry it was our fault or a please a thank you - so rude ! there are so many more professional and delishous places in the area to go and eat that we found but this one was not a nice...

Very nice food ordered bottle of wine as I poured two glasses and started to drink the owner said it was the wrong bottle we tasted it and said it wasn’t very nice please can we have the bottle we ordered to which the owner reacted very rudely saying that we got two glasses of wine out of it… we had one sip and it was like vinegar tbf she stormed off after speaking to myself and my friend very condescending I followed her to the bar to ask if there was a problem to which she did start to argue the situation… the situation that they brought out the wrong bottle and told me after the glasses were poured and moaned that we poured the glasses.. sorry I thought that’s what you do when you get a bottle of wine, then for the rest of the evening the owner serving us was very sarcastic and said most things through gritted teeth We have always been to this restaurant and enjoyed the atmosphere and food unfortunately after this it will be the last...

Booked a table for 15 tonight NYE absolutely gutted the service was shocking and we can all honestly say we're all HUNGRY!! when they brought the 4 children's parmasans out we asked if they were children's, and none of the staff new then when the adults came out they weren't much bigger we paid good money for all our meals and were really disappointed, they deffinately weren't able to cope with such a large ammount of people but we did pre order our meals so there should have been no problem. No one asked us if the meal was OK also we weren't asked if we wanted a sweet just feel like we weren't wanted and couldn't wait for us to go. Will not go back even tho the food was lovely and tasty after paying £235 you don't expect to still...
