We had the pizza and nachos and the food was absolutely amazing! It came out on a platter board and they were very generous with serving sizes! Dips came in separate pots with the nachos which was so good so you can choose what you want instead of having all dips mixed in. Service was really quick. Would definitely recommend for great food.

Visited Seth’s for the second time last night, buying a pineapple gin and a meaty pizza. The staff members were friendly and the pizza was quite possibly the nicest I’ve ever had! Will definitely be returning again and again.

Trying to find a bite to eat after 7.30 pm in Cockermouth is a little tricky... got to a hotel close by where the restaurant only opens wed-sun. So, taking a brisk walk around most places were either fully booked or closed... weird for a small place. While walking back, we noticed the smallest little beer garden, thinking it is a house's back garden, only to find the qaintest little pub. Walking into the front door, the warmth and cosy feel makes you just want to sit and have a chill. Grabbed a drink and ordered their pizza special of blue cheese sundried tomatoes percutio, and it was bloody marvellous. Real stone baked thin crust and crispy. Had a beautiful pint of pale ale and a bottle of cider. Lovely locals were there with a dog and super friendly with a soft atmosphere of music. Easy to have a conversation with my colleague, no shouting involved. Lol. Little hidden gem. Great food and great drinks. Highly recommend. They had a variety of cocktails on offer, too.. so great place for a Friday or Saturday...

What a superb bar - first ever visit today but certainly won't be the last. The Great Corby Brown Ale was one of best cask ales I've tasted (and I've tasted a few). Not just the beer, but the way it's kept and the way it's pulled are as important as the beer itself.......and then there's the pizzas - 😋 - they are among the best I've ever tasted - thin crispy base and fresh toppings (and on Wednesday, drink & pizza for £12). The atmosphere, the beer, the service, the pizza's and the music made it one of the best bars I've visited. Really didn't want to leave (had my wife with me 🙄) but will come...

Called in for the first time last night hoping to watch the football. The TV wasn't working but were pleasantly surprised how nice it was inside. Its dog friendly and we decided to try the food. We ordered the pizza,nachos and the gyros,all were were excellent, . Our only criticism is the gentleman behind the bar,he didn't know how to pour a good pint and he looked like he didn't want to be there.

It didn't put us off and would definitely go back,but ask for a flake...
