A little Jewel in Wellington I stumbled upon this little place as it was closer to the Bus Station. Am I glad I did? Oh my goodness absolutely.. it simply became the highlight of that day.

Raj who was in charge and his team knew almost all of his customers by name and their preferences. They extended the same hospitality to me - a total passer by.

And the food? I’ll need to elaborate.. All I ordered was the full English Breakfast; despite Raj’s recommendation to sit down and eat, I had it as take away. 30 minutes later I wished that I did sit down, taken my time and enjoyed it with the respect it deserved... Even in a take away box and eating while travelling, I enjoyed every second of consuming it!

How do you know it’s a great breakfast you may ask? Well you know it when you see and taste the mushrooms..

Let me just talk about the mushrooms here, these little guys were just perfect! Not the little tinned button mushrooms that cafe's dish out these days, not the ones that taste like paper. I mean these not so little fellas were muscled up, like they went to gym everyday and were well fed growing up and they looked happy and cooked to perfection. ( A bit like Raj if you’re fortunate to ever meet him lol)

Then the tomatoes, they were free range (yes I know - as impossible as it seems that’s how they seemed to me) and just very happy to be there and be eaten amongst the other delicious things assembled there together.

Similarly, the thick perfect bacon rashers and the sausages, I'm sure they found their purpose in life and were there just chilling in perfect harmony enjoying being part of the band among those mushrooms, the tomatoes, and the beans...I could go on and on.

Combine that with generously buttered bread and beans to mop it all up at the end.

I think I may have discovered my personal English Breakfast Heaven!

No wonder they have the community restaurant award on the wall. I will take and post pictures next time I’m there.

I cannot wait to go back and try the other stuff on their menu. What an authentic experience.. truly amazing!

All I can say is Thank you Raj...

Owner was very attentive and assured me and my cousin that they served the best breakfast in Telford. He wasn't wrong. I have recently been put off meat so I opted for the vegetarian breakfast. It was absolutely huge and top quality. Presentation was neat, especially with the beans and tinned plum tomatoes in little ramekin dishes so the breakfast doesn't get soggy.

Waitresses were friendly, approachable and helpful with requests.

Both the food and pots of tea were piping hot. The drinks came relatively quickly and the breakfast in a reasonable time considering how busy the cafe was.

The vegetarian sausages really tasted authentic. I will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone.

I gave feedback to the owner that the vegetarian breakfast was too large and he said that if I order it in future I can knock a few items off for a reduced charge. Talk about customer satisfaction. The prices are more than reasonable.

The cafe was clean and tables were cleared and wiped after customers left. No mulling around. A very tight ship ram here....

Nothing but praise for this cafe. We (me and my parents) have been visiting this cafe for years which speaks for its self. The food here is excellent and never had a meal to complain about. The cafe has lovely decor, is always spotlessly clean (even before Covid), the staff all work well together and work as a team which I like to see as you can see they are happy working there. Can’t deny it i have traveled here especially for a meal, usually the full English but everything else on the menu is first rate and the portions are generous. I love how we are welcomed each time by Raj and he will wave when we go past. You can see when you people watch how he takes an interest in his customers and you can see it’s genuine he’s a real people person and he doesn’t forget a face. If you want a menu with a good choice, great food, pleasant staff, fantastic coffee in clean surroundings then this is the place to go you won’t be disappointed. You will see by how popular it is and worth waiting for a table if...

It's nice if you're a meat eater and like greasy cafes. They sold bread, wraps and bloomers. I asked if I could purchase a wrap to have with my vegetarian breakfast, as I prefer them to bread. They said no. I said money wasn't an option and I was willing to pay for it as an extra to my breakfast, they still said no! I asked if they had any alternative to regular milk - skimmed or non dairy. They said no 🤐 The food was (and tasted) very greasy 🤢 In this day and age, even the most basic cafes offer a milk alternative. And if you offer rolls and wraps on other items AND the customer is willing to pay extra to have this as an alternative to toast, then there's no reason not to provide the customer with what they have asked for. Unfortunately I personally didn't like this place and won't visit again, but my partner liked it as he ordered a full English with a cup of tea 😂

Portion is really large but I still managed to eat them all, because they are so delicious. This is the first time I come here, and there is an issue on Google map indicating the location of the cafe. It was indicated as on the right hand side of the street. I have walked three rounds until I found out it is actually on the left hand side!😅 Anyway I reached there and it is a lovely cafe suitable for everyone to come alone like me, with friends or family. I love their white coffee which is not found everywhere.
