Wrong order received by the delivery driver, I live in Pant and received an order for somewhere in Oswestry how could they get that so wrong. when I rang to complain the young lad on the phone did not have a clue how to handle this. He told me he would ring the delivery driver and get back to me. After 40 minutes I still hadn’t received a phone call back, so I rang them and it was like he was shocked that I got back in contact, but nothing had been sorted out. Then I spoke to member of management who advised me she would send the right order out, but it was never received, I tried to contact them again but it was then shut. Had a few take aways from here and was impressed. Last time we ordered they forgot the egg fried rice …so I just had some chicken hong long style and they wouldn’t send me more out..but they did offer a refund (for just the rice) which I frustratedly agreed. Never did get that refund! Todays order, got my rice but not the crispy won tons I ordered, instead I get seaweed. After last times phone call was a waste of my breath this time I’ll leave a review.
