Staff very friendly and remember their regular clients' names, which is impressive. I'd say they have the best chips in Oswestry, well according to me and the other places I've been. Just one thing, not wheelchair accessible which makes me hate going there as I always struggle to push the wheelchair in and out. The Lady owner of The White Horse Cafe in Oswestry Was VERY RUDE! ABRUPT AND AGGRESSIVE towards me, when I said I was unable to use the hand gel as I am allergic to it. She didn't give me a second to say: ok I will wear gloves! But, I didn't have time to think it let alone say it. She Was VERY ARROGANT! It is NOT my fault I have an Allergy...
