Not Good friendly anymore new staff and supervisor young lad with a beard are a joke open up late came on a Sunday they just walked in at 7.30 I knocked on the window to ask. When would it be open as I like to have a coffee before work and I only use this one on a Sunday the blonde girl just at me and laughed instead of saying we opening up late they just laughed one was the supervisor with a beard does not care about his job and member of public very unprofessional. You have to work with members of public. You should be in at for 7 to open up 7.30 I have also passed this on to Starbucks itself as they think they can get away with things it’s not the first time.

Theoretically a pretty good place to stay at for a coffee, solid Baristas. Sadly the staff is only active behind the counter. Tables are left with mugs and cups and rubbish, yet no one is around to clean it up. There’s also a lack of wiping, which I can’t accept at a coffee with these rather high prices. I stayed quite a few times, but surely not because of the atmosphere.

Very accommodating. Polite staff. Only been there twice but I cannot fault them for anything both times. Treated fairly and would recommend. The cinnamon buns are absolutely delicious! And so is their coffee obviously. 😋 I'll be going back soon!

I really love visiting this store, all the staff are super friendly and serve drinks quickly, we visit that often that some members even remember our order.

The staff always have a smile and are happy to answer any questions or give there honest thoughts about drinks.

I had a problem with the prices of drinks always changing each time and extra charges being applied when they shouldn't. I contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly.

I really love going here with my family, just sitting and watching the world go by and enjoying a coffee together. They serve plenty of food with vegan options available. There is also a large indoor seating area and smaller outside area. This has recently been renovated and now has a more modern feel to its design.

Even the dog can have a treat from time to time with a puppuccino! There is normally a water bowl outside too and the staff will fill it up when needed.

I would highly recommend a visit if...

I'm not a fan of this type of Starbucks, or the "IKEA Warehouse" style, as I think of it. Basically, it's not cosy at all. The frequent draughts from the slowly closing sliding door, and open plan layout with no low ceiling make this rather a cold experience. Don't sit too close to the door! So -1 star for this.

As with all Starbucks, I don't recommend the coffee, but the rest of what's on offer is quite nice. I had a "Cool Lime Refresha" that was tasty, but felt like a bit of a rip-off at over £3!

If you can ignore the A-road, you can see the Mersey and construction of the new bridge from a seat near the window. Not bad.

There's hardly any parking here, by the way. I think you can park in the adjacent retail park.

WiFi is free, and fairly fast, though the upload speed is a little disappointing (13.4...
