Costa Coffee Drive Thru Runcorn — Restaurant in England

Really rude staff I was given cold coffee I asked to speak to manager and was told there were no managers in store and staff member that given me cold coffee said she would help me. I told her to touch the cup then asked would she drink cold coffee? First of all cold coffee I was given was not even the coffee I ordered I assumed they made it for someone who dudent want it and tried to flog me off with it. tmThen she started to have a go at me telling me machines broke down and they got orders mixed up well there was only 2 cars in drive trough car in front if me and my car.

If machine has broken down they could if written down my order and made it like that and not try and flog me off with cold coffee.

I will be ringing costs customer service and find out if it's their policy to treat disabled...

I just went for a morning jog and decided to stop by this morning on my way home; it started to rain and get quite cold and I saw online that the store opens at 7:30.

I arrive at 7:36 and see the sign on the door again confirms their opening hours to be from 7:30, however the door is locked! I decide to wait another 5 minutes before knocking on the glass door. One of the staff comes from the back and looks at me before going back. I wait another 5 minutes before leaving as it was too cold.

Why are you advertising these opening times if you're only going to lock your customers out? Also, there's a separate sign for the drive thru times which states the drive thru opens at 6.

I even tried calling the shop to try to speak to someone...

The staff are lovely but it’s rotten. Flies always sitting on the food because they don’t have proper cabinets for the cakes to be kept in, to serve those to people is just disgusting. It’s been like that for as long as I can remember it’s such a simple fix but clearly whoever is in charge is to damn lazy to fix this. There’s also an issue of the bins literally NEVER being emptied. Always overflowing all over the place. And also the tables are always without fail dirty as well. But the flies are the major issue. Everything else about it is fine but good god can the managers or whoever is in charge get a grip and...
