Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Service was abysmall, ignored for the first 5 mins of us being there and standing at the counter. Refused entry to customer toilets once we had paid, as "they were closed and a customer may be in there" disable toilet was open, but a queue was forming, and they waited 10 mins for the other toilet to be unlocked (by a member of staff as no one was in there) shock horror!

asked for the cinnamon bun to be heated up, as most starbucks do that (scotland) but refused for safety reasons. However, all well and good if they are unable to do something due to company policy, but when it is ordered and asked to be heated up, maybe inform the customer on the inability to do so.

my order was wrong - granted, i didn't mind as it was still nice ( was supposed to be the smoothie) but the iced coffee was completely undrinkable as the coffee was burnt, and the extra vanilla shots were not...

Stopped off here for a coffee, I always go to Costa but thought I would try something different as got asked if I would like to stop off on here. The service didnt have a great feel to it, when the orders were ready they "shouted" it out very quietly. The feel of the place didnt feel very welcoming at all, I think the shop has a very cold feeling and who ever designed the lay out I feel did a poor job. A lot of the walls were scuffed and mist of the surfaces were dirty and it showd up very easily on the work surfaces they have on their. The latte then arrived in a mug, their didnt seam to be any effort put into service at all, you would think with dodging tax as Starbucks do that they could afford to go the extra mile with everything else, I think I'll stick to...

Yes coffee was good.... but me and about 3 other customers had to wait for staff to finish out the back for few minutes before being served and then when she asked my name she spelt it with a K even though i said it was with a C when i told her my name. She said oh well it not matter. Then i asked to use toilet urgently because i have a hernia and i am in pain she turned around and said LOOK AT YOUR RECIEPT THE CODE IT IS ON THERE..... in a not so polite way. So not the best time in a coffee shop and it was my first time in that starbucks.... i always use starbucks in asia and they are so much more polite and even help take coffee to table if needed.... and they even say please and thank you.... so starbucks uk has failed on this time with me someone who has a...
