Today, (17 February) at 5pm something, I came to this Starbucks to buy a sandwhich. When I went to the counter, to pay, there was a customer before me, so I had to wait behind her. The lady that served the customer before me, had got black and pony tail hair. When this lady finished with the customer, she went away to do something, while I was still waiting. Then she came back and she was doing something else IN FRONT OF ME and I was still waiting. In that moment, on my left side I saw a guy coming to the counter and that lady immediately went towards him, so basically she ignored me even if she knew that I was waiting. So at this point, I told her that I had been waiting for the whole time and why she didn’t tell me nothing? She then said to me that where I was standing, it was the wrong side, but in a very rude way and she also told me that she didn’t see me. I told her she was a liar, and she told me I was a liar too. How?? She could just apologise if she really didn’t see me. She had a horrible attitude towards me that I also left at the counter the sandwiches and walked away. What kind of disrespect is that? Read moreI asked to get my bottles of water refilled, I was told to wait a number of minutes, which was not a problem for me. The staff had a little line wrapped around the counter, I use to work retail so I understand the pressure.
The barista called me up to begin working on my request, she stopped to tell me that she could only fill one water bottle up and to come back in five mins.
I didn't understand why she couldn't fill up the other water bottle considering it only takes 30 to 40 seconds to fill both bottles up.
I was nothing but respectful and patient, she didn't like what I had to say, so she told me to get out.
I later returned to ask for the store manager's work number or email, the same barista began to deny my request then proceeded to call me stupid and called me deaf.
She and her colleague threatened to call the police and have no forcibly removed from the store.
I was nothing but polite and patient with them. I waited a total of almost 20 minutes trying to get the manager's email and the barista's name to report her to her superiors.
I'm glad I never spent money at this Starbucks, the worse Starbucks I've ever been to.

The environment in the coffee shop is good, with plenty of tables and chairs and WiFi. DOWNGRADED to 3 stars as the fabric chairs are seriously worn; they look filthy, and I didn't want to touch the chair when I sat down. I used one of the toilets; some of the fixtures in the loo were seriously rusty. The toilet seat was worn, and the toilet (room) itself STANK of urine so pungent it irritated my nostrils. I paid nearly £8 for this experience! Next time, I'll keep walking to McDonald's for a cheaper meal and a cleaner...
