Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

I went to have a coffee with my friend in starbucks bracknell princess square, ive been panicking because one of the staff i think has a really bad day as he angrily (propulsively) arranging the seats , i was just beside him with my 1.5 years old daughter im not happy because my daughter got scared , i thought someone is attacking us. I called his attention but he dont even look at me instead continue doing same thing ,i know it is a busy day and tiring day but having a bad day at work will not help you doing right thing,, Customers are looking at him while his doing it.I went to the counter and asked for the manager but they said manager is not in and they dont know when she will be around! I feel so bad that i never even get an apology from anyone!!! I called the security from the lexicon and i’ve breakdown right away when they arrived! Atleast the security apologies from what was happened! Shame on this man who dont deserve to worked in a popular coffee shop! He needs to have a proper training of customer service!! The most un-Starbucksy Starbucks I've ever visited. None of the trademark cosiness, just bright lights to highlight the scraps of rubbish strewn about the floor and tall, hard walls to reverberate the screams of children. (Obviously the screaming children are not Starbucks' fault but the lack of acoustic panelling is.)

Multiple times the serving staff failed to furnish customers with the basic accessories required. I was handed a whopping great greasy sandwich with no offer of a napkin, together with a slice of cake bereft of fork. The member of staff who eventually provided these items at my request did so without so much as a "Here you go", "No problem", or "Sure - that was stupid of me".

I expect better if I'm paying £15 for coffee and a snack for two. I've generously given two stars to reflect that the coffee was good and the service was fast if...

I went today to get a coffee from there and I asked very kindly if they can mix the milk with the ice so the froth on the milk will be better.

This is the way I like my cold coffee and everyone else in other places and other Starbucks always makes it for me.

I asked the lady that was making the coffee to do it the way I like it very kindly and she said why you just don’t ask for a caramel macchiato instead and she looked at me with a very disappointed face full of question.

Her face was so rude and she made me feel awful and awkward . The coffee was not even nice!!

When I pay an amount to get something and I am polite as well I find it very bad for the people that serve me to be rude to me.

Please , manager , if you see this do something.

The lady was the older lady in the team, I was there around 13:30.
