Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

The employees at this Starbucks really do not put the star to the buck.

Ordering takeaway (not sitting in) must remove entitlement to syrups and cookie dust because each time I order from here, despite having paid extra for it, the syrups are nonexistent and just today, the cookie dust must have just evaporated (as well as the money spent on it).

Oh and to add, the mrs ordered a very basic Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte. When it arrived, it was the polar opposite of “Iced” and was in a hot cup with the warning “caution: this drink is extremely hot” and despite the label clearly stating “Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte”. I’m laughing just writing this 😂

Having been to a quite a few Starbucks’, this one, by far, is the worst.

My recommendation is to not ask for any syrup because they’ll charge you for it, but not deliver and ensure you check the temperature of your iced beverages, in case you boil your lips off. 🤣

Deeply saddened by this Starbucks, and I hope they improve...

Always enjoy a visit to Consett Starbucks. My husband and I have been regulars since it opened but even when there's been a change of staff it doesn't take long for them to remember both my name and my order... only need to order my 'usual' now... they know exactly what size and combo I want. I pay on the app so I'm usually the one ordering, but if my husband stops off to bring one home for me they just ask if it's for Pauline so he doesn't even have to remember what it is because they remember for him 😀 We also now always use our own cups, even for sitting in, and I have stainless steel straws. They can be expensive, but as a gold member I get extra shots, syrup and cream free, as well as my cup discounts and my husband has a defence discount card which gives another 10% off...win win...
