Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in England

Have revised my review, big improvement. Oh Dear, very slow food service, we arrived for lunch behind a family with six children so were warned about a wait, however 45 mins later sitting with cold coffees, we were still waiting, staff members who ordered after us had their food before us, the same group who I presume were management embarked on a loud boisterous conversation drowning out our quiet chat totally. Oh and the food was dry and tastes, £17 could have been better spent.

I think the main problem is the one kitchen staff member is trying to fulfil Uber eats orders as well as store customers.

Big Breakfast 40 mins before closing.

The good: Prepared and served by the dream team of Consett's own Kitt Harrington and the mysterious lady on the grill. Outstanding work! nice, thick bacon, 2 good eggs, perfect hash browns, decent pot of tea. everything seems clean, well ordered.

Less good: 'fun size' bangers (they were tasty) no tomatoes, mushrooms or black...

The £6.95 full breakfast was a disgrace one like warm cheap sausage, one reheated piece of bacon which a Jack hammer was required to break up, overheated like warm beans, hash brown was ok as was the toast, the fried egg had bites of shell in it.
