Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

Regular customer here, lately I may end up going else where with my friend who I take with me ,every time we go lately , the coffees are not either hot enough or done correctly cappuccinos are made as if they were lattes , cappuccinos are meant to be frothy and foamy the only staff that make the drinks correctly are the young lads especially the one with short curlyish hair he is so polite and friendly and helpful . The trays are never done correctly , no knives or napkins offerd or put on the tray when they should be . sorry but I love costa but this one is going down hill , it's so unorganised, every other costa I've been too which are more busy don't have this problem there on the ball and...

Beware: don't order in advance. I did and, when I arrived, they didn't have some of the food items. I asked them to fulfill the rest of the order and refund me for the missing items. They couldn't. So I asked them to cancel the whole order. They couldn't and said I had to do it. Problem is there is no way of doing that on the app, no phone number to call and an online contact form that says it'll be 7 working days before they even look at my case. I've paid almost £20 for an order they couldn't fulfill and no way of getting a refund quickly. Terrible service from Costa. Won't but...

I would give a 5 star but they always run out of coconut milk, like always, many times I've had to take my own coconut milk, and ask them to make me coffee, we use them everyday as their coffee is only one we like, and all we ever order is coconut latte, its only drink I personally can drink, I hope they make larger orders of coconut milk as they always run out, they had none for 5 days, got a delivery, ran out again 2 days later, I hate leaving any kind of bad reviews, the staff are lovely, but it's so annoying to never have the...
