Starbucks — Restaurant in England

Make wonderfull drinks however i have been in a few times and I always pray for a better service. Despite the fact every time I go in there I see quite a number of staff it takes a while to get served in the first place and the drink always seems to be idling somewhere on the side awaiting the next step. The staff seem to be trainees making mistakes or being confused and slower on the tills. I have been in twice and have seen my drink spilled on the side and be delayed !(just my luck) There is plenty of seating inside and a wide selection of coffee shop snacks. The toilets are nice and smell okay. The prices aren't the cheapest. It's in a decent location however further away from the town. I cannot speak for the drive through as I prefer a face to face interaction. Staff seem friendly enough...

Absolutely fabulous customer service and excellent tasting drinks! Can't understand the low rating already considering they have just opened its going to take some time to get a quicker and more flowing service but from our first (of many more visits) the attention to detail for our varied dietary requirements and tastes was perfect I appreciated them taking their time to get the order right, they were all very friendly and patient especially Josh he was a great example of someone who has high standards, wants people to leave happy and brillant customer service skills. I highly recommend a visit this is a great Starbucks and having visited a fair few they aren't all up to this standard and have a little patience for staff building experience...

Absolutely shocking. Went through drive through. Only 1 person in front of us and when we got to the window he had to ask what we had ordered. We had 2 lattes that were as frothy as cappuccinos. I took them back in to say that wed like more milk. Was scoffed at grunted at. Then the manager said make 2 new ones and they were even worse than the first ones. They gave me a stone cold straight out the fridge "warm cookie" ordered a salted caramel got a chocolate chip.
