Burger King — Restaurant in England

Unfortunately I've had to change my review which was fairy good however after an appalling visit yesterday where my young daughter unfortunately chose a new chicken royale ( which to be fair to her was in place of what she normally orders on the screen ) I took the order back and said that obviously she had chosen the wrong one to which I was told " not my fault " by a very stroppy worker not offered an exchange so I went and ordered the correct one ( as it was our fault at the end of the day ) however while I had turned to pay for the new one the stroppy worker had thrown out the mistaken one I said where is it ? And she said thought you didn't want it so I threw it and I said but I've paid for it and another in place of the wrong one she said we would have just made ya a new one but oh well so then I went to manager who gave me a refund of one of the royales ! Safe to say I won't be returning !!!! Also the place was an absolute mess all tables were dirty and food all over floor despite there being only myself and my daughter in there...

Really disappointed with the service or lack of on Sunday 5th Feb we thought we would grab a quick burger you know fast food but after waiting some time decided to leave the worst of it was all working in the shop made eye contact with me on even stood feet away from me looked me in the eye and turned her back still nobody came to take my order so I left will be reporting this further as the service at this burger King is getting worse no improvements FYI went from here to the other major burger chain and my order was taken straight away no waiting and would like to add they were busier than burger King reluctant to give even one star burger king is my favourite but certainly not this one 😡😠 gave you a second chance this time at least we got acknowledged but refused to serve just stood there looking stupid use the machine I’m paying cash response being ium and then nothing won’t ever go back again and my advice to all...

Complete disaster.

No organisation. No covid considerations in place.

3 people working with queues around the building.

The screen to place orders on doesn't actually have everything available on it so we queued twice.

My husband was given the wrong burger.

I ordered chilli bites and got chicken nuggets which I didn't even know they sold. This is the first piece of meat I've biten into in 14 year's!!! No apology from staff.

Update: was quite poorly after this meal so lost a days work. Area manager arranged a refund for my husband as long as he travelled back to store. When he arrived he was kept waiting for the manager. He offered no apology and the staff looked put out that he was there.

Not only will we not return here. Ever. We will never set foot into any other burger King...
